Deee-Lite / Elektra In 1990 Deee-Lite's first single "Groove Is In The Heart" became an international dance hit and has remained one of the most joyous anthems to life in the history of pop music. To seal their image with the mass media the trio wanted to appear first as cartoon characters and collaborated with me to create a series of artworks featuring them on their deee-lovely adventures. These images were used throughout their first two LP's, however the "Groove Is In The Heart" artwork was on everything from billboards to t-shirts and launched their first world tour.
